The EasyScript II course contains an "Audio Tutor" cassette, "EasyScript Speed Building" cassette (50-80wpm), Dictation Transcript and a Manual/Workbook. The "Audio Tutor" cassette has the audio instructions for use with the Manual / Workbook. It will guide you through lessons and the corresponding exercises in the Instructional and Speed Building sections. When all the exercises and quizzes in the Instructional Section are finished the "EasyScript Speed Building" cassette is used to attain a writing speed to 80wpm. The Dictation Transcript has the dictation quizzes texts to verify if the dictated material was properly written down.

The Instructional Section - which teaches you how to abbreviate and transcribe using ES. It has five lessons one for each basic rule. Every lesson includes writing and dictation exercises. Every lesson in the Instructional Section is structured as follows:

The Speed Building Section - shows how you can attain the writing speed required for efficient note-taking. It has five quizzes which are designed to build your speed to 80 WPM.
The Notebook Section - is designed specifically for taking notes using EasyScript. It is highly recommended that you use these pages. They contain the basic abbreviations on the top of each page and will make easier to attain proficiency.
The Answer Section - gives the answers for the exercises and drills in both the Instructional Section and the Speed Building Section.
